We begin with simple breathing and b ody-awareness exercises\, gradually opening the way towards your natural voice and exploring how it can be used as a healing modality\, for yourse lf and for others. Our natural voice is the voice that emerges when we le t go of aesthetic ideals\, expectations\, and societal norms about how a voice β€œshould” sound. Getting in touch with our natural voice can be deeply enjoyable\, while at the same time vitalizing and regenerating for our body\, mind and soul. There is also something profoundly unifying ab out meeting one another through our natural voices. When combined with cl ear and loving intention\, the voice can become a bridge through which he aling energy can flow to wherever it is needed. We work with the simple f ormula:Intention + Voice = HealingThis workshop is open to all voices\, b oth trained and untrained. It is not about having a β€œperfect” voice i n… URL:https://www.noje.se/evenemang/nature-blessing-concert-workshop-20677 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
